Albion Manor Bed and Breakfast Inn

Cradled in an old English cottage garden, elegant tranquility constitutes Albion's hallmark. A Registered Historical Landmark, the Manor is situated in a fascinating tree-lined district.

Yet the Bed & Breakfast is but a short stroll to the ferry terminal, the Legislative Buildings and Museum, the Empress Hotel, Victoria's bustling downtown and Beacon Hill Park.

Built in 1892 by a well-to-do merchant, the great home was an impressive wedding gift to entice a recently engaged son to return from London with his bride. Eleven-foot ceilings, fret-worked arches, 4-poster beds, gilt frames and moldings provide a delightful peek into the past.

Dream of romance while embraced in the finest linens and duvets. All rooms are spacious with private washrooms, some with jetted Jacuzzis, claw-footed soaker-tubs, balconies and private entrances. We serve a delicious, gourmet breakfasts every morning in the dining room with its original built-in oak sideboard and fireplace.

Albion Manor Bed and Breakfast is rated 4 ½ Stars by Canada Select and has been highly recommended in the following guide books: Europe's Rough Guide to Canada, France's Le guide du routard, Japan's How to Walk the Earth, Australia's ExploreNow.net, Frommer's Vancouver, Victoria for Dummies!
